Pictures....

I love these pictures. For myself, there is nothing spectacular about the technicality of them (in fact I think I was still working on auto when I took the ones of my Grandparents with Tyson). But for me, they take me right back to not only the moment they captured but further. My Grandpa was playing a game with Tyson that he used to play with my sister and I when we were Tyson's age. It's called two little dickibirds, and he makes them disappear. Seeing how Tyson was amazed that my Grandpa could make them disappear made me relive the wonder of my Grandpa all over again. This picture makes me feel gratitude that my boys have been so fortunate to meet and get to know so many of their great grandparents. It makes me feel happiness and warmth knowing the love that surrounds my Grandfather.

The picture of my Grandma with Tyson.....again, nothing spectacular, (ie, I can't stand the microwave framing tYson's face). However, I looooove the way Tyson is looking at her. They had been working on this puzzle for quite sometime and Tyson cracked a joke. This picture takes me years back, knowing how Tyson must feel when he looks at her. My Grandma has always been one of my heros (so has my Grandfather for that matter). I feel so fortunate when I look at both of these pictures.
